CREW Inland Empire hosts “Where’s the Money?” Event
INLAND EMPIRE, Calif. – CREW Inland Empire’s April luncheon will feature a four-person panel of banking and real estate experts that will discuss different aspects of commercial lending and asset-based financing. The event will be held Wednesday, April 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton 222 North Vineyard Avenue in Ontario.
“Obtaining commercial capital is no easy task in today’s economy,” said Jennifer Guenther, CREW Inland Empire’s publicity chair. “The tools for success are out there though, and the upcoming luncheon will offer insight as to what exactly those tools are.”
Panelists:
- Adam Russell, vice president and regional manager for Wedbush Bank: Russell has more than 20 years experience in the banking industry and is currently working in commercial lending to middle market companies in the Inland Empire.
- Hector G. Gutierrez, Esq. senior vice president and deputy chief credit officer at Citizens Business Bank: Gutierrez currently oversees the credit division of the largest financial institution headquartered in the Inland Empire. His professional career includes 30 years of senior-level banking and management experience in all areas of commercial lending.
- Stephan Kachani, vice president of sales & marketing for Lone Oak Fund, LLC: Kachani is vice president of one of the largest and fastest growing private bridge lenders in California. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has been instrumental in funding more than $1 billion in loans.
- Tony M. Guglielmo, broker and owner of Allied Commercial Real Estate: During the past 11 years Guglielmo has successfully represented buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale and leasing of more than $100 million worth of commercial real estate, while representing more than 80 real estate transactions.
The event will also feature a raffle for an opportunity to win a wine lover’s gift basket, valued at $300. Proceeds to benefit the CREW foundation. Local business and community members are invited to attend. Attendance is $35 for members and $45 for non-members before March 30 after which time a $10 late registration fee will be charged.
