EASTVALE, Calif. – Evergreen Development Company announced today that the 20,762 square-feet of multi-tenant shops at Eastvale Marketplace are 100 percent leased.
Eastvale Marketplace is a Smart & Final anchored shopping center located at the northeast corner of Limonite and Sumner Avenues in Eastvale, California. The Center includes four pads and two multi-tenant shops buildings – a high-profile pad located on Limonite Avenue is the only remaining leasing opportunity. The overall Center is 96 percent leased with a dynamic assortment of category-leading tenants.
So far, a total of 15 businesses have signed on to be part of the 73,000-square-foot upscale marketplace, including numerous restaurants and local service providers. Many of the tenants are opening their first location in Eastvale.

Service-oriented retailers include CareMore Pharmacy, EcoCleaners, Les Schwab Tire Center, Mathnasium, Mes Amies Nail and Beauty Spa, Pacific Dental Services and TotalCare Walk-In Clinic.
