Fontana, California –Camp Fit is a “safe place to be while not in school,” said Community Service Coordinator Doug Johnson. “The camp promotes getting out and being active, not sitting inside all day.”

The Mayor and City Council invite parents to enroll their children in Camp Fit at the Jessie Turner Health and Fitness Community Center this Spring.

This Spring Camp Fit runs from March 21 to March 25. Cost for the camp is $50.00 per one-week session. Campers are responsible for bringing a daily lunch and a healthy snack. A birth certificate must be provided when registering.

Camp fit is a weekday camp from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for children ages 6-11 that features exercise activities like Basketball, Dodge ball and other outdoor fun, along with arts, crafts and computer lab time.
