Mayor Acquanetta Warren Recognized as 2018 Woman of the Year
Fontana, Calif.- Mayor Acquanetta Warren was recognized as the 40th Assembly District’s Woman of the Year for 2018 at a ceremony at the state capital on Monday. Assemblyman Marc Steinorth (Rancho Cucamonga) presented Mayor Warren with the award based on her continued leadership and commitment to the residents of Fontana.
In a statement released by Assemblyman Steinorth, he commended Mayor Warren for advocating for a healthier community, improving public safety, bringing businesses into the city, generating jobs and creating educational opportunities.
“It is my privilege to name Mayor Acquanetta Warren as the 40th Assembly District’s Woman of the Year for 2018,” said Assemblyman Steinorth. “Mayor Warren embodies what it means to be a selfless and engaging leader in our region.”
