Riverside, CA—The Necessary Nutrition Academy has kicked off a new workplace wellness initiative. They are offering free nutrition and wellness classes to companies and organizations throughout the Inland Empire.

During January, Necessary Nutrition will offer a special class entitled “Nutrition Solutions For Your New Year’s Resolutions.” Attendees will discover how to use real food and nutrition to prevent or reverse diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, as well as discover critical nutrition secrets that will help them build and repair their body.

“Proper diet and nutrition plays a very significant role in the health and well-being of the workforce,” says Certified Nutrition Specialist, Robin Allen. A person’s food intake affects mood, behavior, brain function, and their ability to show up for work and get the job done. We are determined to make a positive impact on employee health and help employers reduce healthcare costs.

Several companies, including the City of Riverside, have already taken advantage of Necessary Nutrition’s Workplace Wellness Initiative by scheduling classes for their staff.
