San Bernardino, Ca. – District Attorney Mike Ramos was recently selected to serve as a member on the Presley Justice Center Advisory Board at the University of California, Riverside.

One of the primary goals of the Presley Justice Center is to build bridges with regional criminal justice partners, including the courts, law enforcement, criminal justice practitioners, the broader related community disciplines, and academics.

“Mr. Ramos’ experience and leadership with the criminal justice system and the courts is important to the University as we move forward with the Center’s mission,” said Anil Deolalikar, Dean of the School of Public Policy at UCR.

In the upcoming months, the board will carry out specific research projects, conduct a half-day symposium on sex trafficking and address the topic of AB 109 (Realignment).

“I am very honored to have been invited to participate as a member of the Advisory Board,” said District Attorney Mike Ramos. “I look forward to working with my fellow board members and the criminal justice community on issues related to public safety.”
