Inland Empire Entrepreneur Launches National Jobs Production Initiative

Rialto California –  It’s called the Income Reengineering Economic Research Project. Income Reengineering represents a vision as to how information technology can be applied to dramatically improve the standard of living for the average worker/consumer. A vision leads to innovations, innovations lead to the formation of new companies and new companies create new jobs.

For example, when President Kennedy galvanized the nation in the 1960s with a vision to build a rocket/delivery vehicle to land a man on the moon, his vision lead to innovations in semi-conductor technology, which is at the heart of the computer and internet revolution we know today. How many direct and indirect jobs can we attribute to this vision? The Income Reengineering vision is large scale in scope. As a consequence, the potential job spinoffs can be significant, both in the immediate future and in the years to come.

This jobs production initiative originates in Rialto, California under the direction of Multiple Income Networking and Development Services (M.I.N.D.S), a small Inland Empire business research firm. The owner/CEO of M.I.N.D.S. is Dwight B. Chestnut.

Mr. Chestnut is an ex-engineeer turned business consultant/entrepreneur. Between 1985 and 1992, Mr Chestnut worked as an electrical engineer with TRW Space and Defense Systems located at the old Norton Air Force base in San Bernardino. Back then, TRW provided System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Ballistic Missile Organization (BMO), which was housed at Norton AFB.

After being laidoff in 1992 during a period of radical defense cutbacks, Mr. Chestnut turned his attention to business consulting, entrepreneurship and independent, self directed business model research. The Income Reengineering Economic Research project represents an expansion of this research.

Mass internet centered collaboration is at the heart of the project. For example, according to Don Tapscott, author of Wikonomics, “the growing accessibility of information technologies puts the tools required to collaborate, create value, and compete at everybody’s fingertips. This liberates people to participate in innovation and wealth creation within every sector of the economy.” Income Reengineering aggressively explores the innovation and wealth creation power of collaborative technologies in an effort to dramatically improve the standard of living for the average worker/consumer.

Think about it. With cell phones, smart phones, ipads and popular internet applications such as Twitter and Facebook, society is more connected than ever. However, the majority of this well connected society is still living paycheck to paycheck with little to no savings or real assets. Why is this? Shouldn’t information technology help people improve their standard of living? With this in mind, this research project originates under the premise that information technology can only translate into individual financial empowerment and wealth for the masses when the masses learn how to use new information technology and connective tools to interact and collaborate professionally with each other outside of the bounds of traditional employment and in ways that is financially empowering to all participating individuals.

The Income Reengineering Economic Research project grows and expands according to a four (4) stage business plan. Stage I formally launches on April 1, 2012. Prior to the formal launch, Mr Chestnut and his team is actively seeking critical input and feedback to the project presentation located at IncomeReengineering.com. If you are interested in offering feedback, review the presentation at IncomeReengineering.com and then click on the Facebook discussion link in the left bar. In addition, if you choose to, you can engage the project as a participating collaborator and grow your career and/or entrepreneurial interest.
