ABOUT MAD MAC FOUNDATION is a 501(c)3, it was founded in April of 1996, with a vision to keep at risk youths away from gangs, drugs, and the many negative avenues presented to youth today. MAD MAC believes that the future lives on through the actions of our youth and we must educate our youth to be positive and productive members of society. We believe education starts at home, blossoms in schools, and flourishes in the community. While MAD MAC realizes that education is a key and essential part of youth success and subsequent career opportunities, we use a realistic approach to raising youth out of poverty, crime, and violence, by offering alternative options for high-risk youth. Our programs focus on learning through hands-on experience such as working with and learning from people in vocational industries such as music, entertainment, film, fashion, real estate, construction, and small businesses.
