TET and NEAT are showcasing their partnership dedicated to creating training and employment opportunities for the Inland Empire. TET is celebrating its third year of providing advanced manufacturing and precision machining training to the Inland Empire. The shared commitment to the economic vitality within the local communities, this event is showcasing the success stories, programs available to the business communities and the possibilities of new partnerships.

The goal of TET and NEAT is to work with business, educators, training professionals and the local community to improve the skill level of the employment base. The local training site delivers a program specific to the needs of employers; students are able to gain hands-on experience operating machinery and a keen insight to industry processes and procedures. TET assists all students with direct placement and prepares them for a career in a multifaceted and growing industry.

“This initiative was designed to create a solution to unemployment – the biggest difference in what NEAT has to offer, is we start with the needs of the Businesses”, said Phil Sanchez, NEAT President/CEO. “We work with the business to connect the dots- identify the training, connect with the right school, and locate necessary funding. NEAT is focused on the ongoing collaboration to benefit the community and get America back to work. This school was selected based on their success record, their certifications and the strong curriculum”
