San Bernardino Symphony presents a free Chamber Music Concert

The San Bernardino Symphony will present a free chamber music concert at Kingman Chapel in the Claremont United Church of Christ, 233 W. Harrison Ave., Claremont, on Sunday, March 4 beginning at three o’clock p.m.

This outstanding musical event will feature three of Southern California’s finest professional musicians. Symphony Concertmaster Todor Pelev, principal cellist Ana Maria Maldonado and principal violinist Thomas Michael Sender will play a variety of engaging musical selections ranging from the Baroque era to the 20th century.

The San Bernardino Symphony was founded in 1929 by Maestro James K. Guthrie, an internationally renowned conductor and community leader. The Orchestra, one of the oldest and most prestigious in the Inland Empire, consistently reaches unmatched standards of musical performance. This season, like each of the 82 previous seasons of the San Bernardino Symphony, serves as a living testament to the quality of the Orchestra and the music it creates.
