“A CHORAL FANTASY” Featuring the Temecula Valley Master Chorale and Award-Winning Pianist Ryan MacEvoy McCullough

Temecula, CA – The Inland Valley Symphony presents its 2012-13 “Season Finale” on Saturday, June 1st at 2:00 pm with a repeat performance at 7:00 pm.  The concert will be held at the Gershwin Performing Arts Center (Murrieta Mesa High School in Murrieta), conducted by Maestro Anthony Parnther.

The Temecula Valley Master Chorale, directed by John Byun, and award-winning pianist Ryan MacEvoy McCullough will join the symphony to perform the fabulous Choral Fantasy for Piano, Chorus and Orchestra, which was composed in 1808 by Ludwig van Beethoven.  This epic program also features dramatic choral and symphonic music from favorite “Fantasy” movies such as Alien, The Abyss, Avatar, The First Knight, and Edward Scissorhands.

According to IVS President, Alana Joos, “The symphony has experienced unprecedented growth during its past and current seasons, with many sold out concerts, due in part to the varied programming designed by Maestro Parnther.  Concert-goers from all areas of Southwest Riverside County are finding that quality symphonic music exists in their own backyard with ticket prices that are affordable. Our concerts are fun and engaging and leave audiences wanting more!  From Disney to Broadway to pops and chamber music to large scale symphonic works, we are busy planning our 2013-14 season!”

A Choral Fantasy Tickets are:  Adults $25, Seniors (60+) & Military $20, Students (13-18) $15 and Children (12 & under) $8. Tickets may be purchased at the door but it is highly recommended to buy tickets in advance at www.InlandValleySymphony.org.  Call 760-318-0460 for more information.
