AAF-Inland Empire Selected to Host 2016 AAF Western Region Conference

American Advertising Federation Western Region Conference to be held at the Historic Mission Inn.

RIVERSIDE, CA, May 16, 2016 – The American Advertising Federation Western Region Board announced the AAF-Inland Empire has been selected to host the 2016 AAF Western Region Conference September 22-24, 2016. AAF District 15 will serve as co-host.

American Advertising Federation leaders representing 12 states and thousands of advertising and marketing professionals are set to converge on Riverside, CA for the three day event. The conference is open to all chapters and the more than 8,000 members that comprise the Western Region. Members are engaged in the advertising /marketing industry and are leaders in their local and district AAF organizations.

The event will kick-off Thursday, September 22, 2016, with the 2016 Inland Empire Media Awards. The IE Media Awards celebrate marketing and advertising professionals who not only make a mark within the business community, but contribute to the communities they serve as well. Eighteen total professional and student awards are presented including Media Personality of the Year, Radio Station of the Year, and Agency of the Year.

Additionally, the conference programming schedule will include some of the advertising industry’s premier speakers, including keynote speaker Jim Datri, CEO of the American Advertising Federation. Several of the events will be open to local AAF members and the general public.
