(Riverside, CA) The deadline for the annual ADDY competition from the American Advertising Federation is fast approaching.
“The competition is open to AAF members, students and the general public. The ADDY submission process takes about 20 minutes,” said John McCarthy, ADDY chair of this year’s competition. “And remember, our deadline is Friday, Feb. 1, so don’t delay.”
McCarthy said that newspaper advertising, brochures, websites, annual reports, mobile apps, radio spots and TV ads that appeared during 2012 are eligible and welcome.

Submissions are being accepted at RedFusion Media, 104 E. State St., Suite P in Redlands. A special ADDY Drop-Off Party for entries is planned for Thursday, Jan. 31 at Logan’s Roadhouse, 13480 Baseline Ave., Fontana, CA 92335.
The ADDY’s are held annually to recognize excellence in advertising throughout the Inland Empire and covers over 100 categories of advertising. Sponsored by the Inland Empire Chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the awards gala is Friday, March 15 at the Mission Inn in Riverside.
