Riverside, Calif. – On Friday, December 20, 125 Members of Altura Credit Union received more than $30,000 worth of gifts they wished for during the credit union’s Holiday Hookup Party. The day-long event took place at Altura’s headquarters in Riverside and included holiday activities, a festive photobooth and gifts galore.
“We are delighted to be a part of our Member’s lives this holiday season,” said Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Binkley. “We had such a tremendous response and are grateful we could help more than 100 families with unique, heartwarming gifts. To be able to meet our Member’s in person and to hear their stories really helps remind us why Altura chooses to be a part of our community.”
Members arrived throughout the day on Friday to receive gifts such as handbags, sweaters and shoes; tickets to theme parks, zoos and sports games; gift cards valued at hundreds of dollars for shopping sprees, college books and supplies, the theatre, pampering, toys; kitchen tools and appliances, plane tickets to visit family, a drone and items for a new baby.
