The museum’s curator of visitor engagement & exhibits, David Myers said, “we’re excited to launch this partnership with the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce. This exhibit is an opportunity for the museum to continue to expand our cultural programming, and celebrate the contributions of people from all backgrounds and experiences.”

“This Black History art exhibition demonstrates a new energy, willingness, and determination to stay purely creative artists,” said Bibbs. “Our youth will continue to press forward to achieve and evolve artistically to meet the challenges of an ever-changing art world.”
