Riverside California – Riverside Repertory Theater, a professional company in downtown Riverside, will hold auditions for Man of La Mancha on Sunday, February 28th from 10am to 3pm at The Menagerie Nightclub, located at 3581 University Ave., Riverside, CA. Callbacks will take place the same evening starting at 6pm.
All roles are nonunion and paid. The company is searching for strong actor/singers to perform in the Broadway musical in a non-traditional, intimate, and dynamic production. Significant experience in professional musical productions is preferred. All ethnicities are welcome to audition..
Actors should be prepared to sing 16 bars of a classic musical theater song. An accompanist will be provided.
Rehearsals will begin March 4th and will run Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 10am and 11pm, depending on role and availability The show will perform weekends April 8th to April 24th at the Box Theater. Guest artist bree valle will direct the production. Michael Antaramian will direct the music while David St. Pierre and Matt Neves produce.
