Participants will learn how move current social media campaigns from passive or task-oriented to a lively presence that drives results. The speaker for the workshop will be Margaret M. Brown, owner and social business leader of @SocializeLA.com.
Topics covered will include:
- Defining which social media channels are best reach your target audience
- Identifying the goal or action you want them to take once they find you
- Understanding how keywords should be used in your content
- Finding the best ways to engage with others online and build your presence
- Tracking progress and meeting goals
- Understanding SEO: Page rank, web traffic, and other terms
