The Light The Night Walk is a powerful and unique fundraising campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), which brings together families and communities to honor blood cancer survivors and loved ones lost to the disease, and to shine a light on the importance of finding cures and providing access to treatments for blood cancer patients.

Auto Club Speedway will be glowing with white, red and gold illuminated lanterns carried by thousands of walkers that are either survivors, supporters or those walking in memory of loved ones who have been affected by blood cancer as part of the 2016 Light the Night Walk event benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), Orange County Inland Empire Chapter.

Participants will walk a 2.3 mile route around speedway and will also enjoy a family-friendly community festival with live entertainment, kid zone, wine & cheese hospitality area, vendors and sponsor booths including Wells Fargo, UC Irvine, BJ’s Restaurant, Tilden-Coil Construction, Megan’s Wings and KGGI 99.1 FM.

Yancey’s Fancy Wine & Craft Beer Festival Return to partner with the event. Yancey’s Fancy, the Official Cheese of Auto Club Speedway, is pairing up with local wineries, Hangar 24 Craft Brewery and Anheuser-Busch to offer tastings at Auto Club Speedway benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), Inland Empire Chapter’s Light the Night Walk.

Registration is open to individuals and teams. Donations accepted. Those who raise $100 or more become a Champion for Cures and will receive an illuminated lantern, Light The Night Walk t-shirt and a special Light The Night gift. The festival is Open to participants and to the public. Enjoy a family-friendly community festival with live entertainment, kid zone, vendors and food trucks. Five wine tastings for $20.00; $7 for a full glass of beer or wine. Donations are also accepted to participate in the LLS Light the Night Walk.
