Body & Cardio Sculpting

Fontana, California – The Mayor and City Council invite the public to register for Body & Cardio Sculpting at the Heritage Neighborhood Center, located at 7350 W. Liberty Parkway.

Body & Cardio Sculpting, instructed by Lisa Davis, helps build muscle, strengthen bones, increase endurance and burn calories for safe, fast and joint friendly results. The class includes a cross training, body toning and fun workout geared to sculpt, tone and strengthen your body.

Athletic shoes with good support, a mat, hand weights, a speed rope, towel and water is recommended for this class. Body & Cardio Sculpting is $35 for a 4-week session and is for ages 14 and up. Class is every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 8:45 p.m., and on Saturday from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m.

Registration for Body Sculpting only is $25 for a 4-week session. Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 8:45 p.m.

Registration for Cardio Sculpting only is $15 for a 4-week session. Class meets on Saturday from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m.
