Building Organizational Change Management Capacity December 17, 2015

Inland Empire Society for Human Resource Management

Join IESHRM December 17 at 11:30 am at the Mission Inn in Riverside California for our topic, Building Organizational Change Management Capacity. This program will cover how to implement an enterprise-wide change management strategy.

Learn how UC San Diego built change management capacity in an effort to support the innovations and changes called for in their strategic plan, Defining Our Future. The challenge was to provide a structure and methodology that could be consistently used across the campus yet flexible enough for application across a diverse cadre of initiatives.

This session will provide an overview of the organizational learning strategy that was implemented which called for the change management partner to deliver their product in a unique and untested manner. Key elements of the process will be described such as garnering executive support, transforming material designed for small groups into a presentation for over 200, and the valuable lessons learned during the process.
