Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Hospitality Ranked #1 in California and one of the World’s Best

Pomona, CA – The Cal Poly Pomona Collins College of Hospitality Management was ranked among the “Best Hospitality and Hotel Management Schools in the World for 2019” by CEO World Magazine. Collins was No. 19 on the world list, moving up from No. 32.

The Collins College, 55,000 square-feet of state-of-the-art facilities, is known for advancing the field of hospitality management through its collaborative learn-by-doing approach to education. Undergraduate students choose a degree emphasis in food and beverage, lodging or events.

The curriculum provides a strong emphasis on real-world experience in learning how to run profitable hospitality enterprises, and opportunities for work experience and internships in the hospitality industry. Graduates are prepared for careers in restaurant management, hotel/resort management, club management, culinary product development, tourism management, and special events/meeting planning.
