Cal State San Bernardino Holds Information Session for New MBA Program

Cal State San Bernardino’s College of Business and Public Administration in collaboration with the College of Extended Learning will hold the first of a series of Information Sessions about its new Executive M.B.A. program on Wed., Feb. 16 from 6-7 p.m. in Corona. The accelerated program for entrepreneurs, executives, and managers begins in June 2011 and can be completed in just 18 months. Courses will be taught by the CSUSB College of Business and Public Administration’s nationally acclaimed faculty at a convenient Ontario, CA location. Cal State San Bernardino’s M.B.A. for Executives Program is accredited by the internationally recognized Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

An alumnus of the M.B.A. for Executives Program, Dr. Dev Gnanadev, Medical Director and Chairman, Department of Surgery at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, portrays the program as follows:

“The leadership skills, knowledge and experience—especially in the areas of communication and finance – that I gained through the Executive MBA program at Cal State San Bernardino gave me the training and confidence that I needed in my leadership positions. I recommend the program highly to anyone who wants to reach the next level of success.”

Curriculum is the same as that offered in the on-campus program and provides a real-world learning experience for entrepreneurs and professional managers from all industries and

organizations. Coursework in the intensive 18-month, 48 quarter-unit program is designed to help executive graduates maximize their potential by becoming better leaders, strategic thinkers, and team builders. Focus is on how one succeeds and maintains that success.

Program applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of executive/managerial experience. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings and every other Saturday starting in June 2011. Students who are admitted to the program take all courses as a cohort group; a format that enables them to study and learn challenging material together, and offers ample opportunities for building valuable professional networks and friendships.

A new cohort is forming now for June 2011 courses in Ontario, CA. Reserve your seat at the Feb. 16 Executive M.B.A. Information Session from 6-7 p.m. in Corona.
