Help us Help Others
For the homeless, life on the streets is tough and there are more families facing this reality every day. Riverside Community Health Foundation and Path of Life Ministries together are seeking your help to continue to provide health services to these most at-risk individuals, families and children. Funds will support primary care and screening services, including medications and medical supplies, through Health in Motion and various medical outreach sites.
