City of Riverside Asks Residents, “How’s It Going?”

RIVERSIDE, Calif. – People who live and work in Riverside have an opportunity in the month of October to sound off on how they feel about their quality of life.

The Riverside Survey gathers, analyzes and shares data about the opinions that Riversiders have about living and working in the city. The survey is part of the Seizing Our Destiny program, which engages residents, educators, business owners and others in an ongoing discussion about how to continually improve the city.

“Community input is valuable for city leaders to best address the community’s needs and desires for a better Riverside in neighborhoods, schools and workplaces,” Mayor Rusty Bailey said.

Phone polling has been completed, but feedback also can be provided at the survey’s online home — www.RiversideSurvey.com – through Oct. 31. Results will be released in January.

A 2013 survey found Riversiders have tremendous pride in their community and feel positive about:

Surveys are available for residents; people who work in Riverside but do not live here; and youth, ages 17 and under. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
