Fontana, California, August 25, 2011 – The Mayor and City Council invite the public to Cruise Night at Spring Street in Downtown Fontana on Friday, September 2 from 5 to 9 p.m.
This September, Cruise Night has some of the best classic and custom cars in the Inland Empire, with over 300 classics, hot rods and low riders cruising Spring Street. Bring your friends and family to this free event, which features live entertainment as the Mirage Groove Band plays all your favorite party tunes from the 70’s to the 80’s to the chart toppers of today! Local vendor booths are also setup with unique merchandise and food. Cruise Night has up to 5,000 visitors, and welcomes people of all ages.
Cruise Night is sponsored by the Auto Club Dragway, Mary Powers of State Farm Insurance and Estrella’s.
Cruise Night takes place the first Friday of the month at Spring Street and Sierra Avenue in Downtown Fontana. If you would like to be a part of Cruise Night, bring your car, as long as it’s a hot rod, low-rider, custom or classic.
