CRESTLINE: Lake Gregory Regional Park to Launch New Summer-Long Night Water Sliding

Lake Gregory Regional Park to Launch New Summer-Long Night Water Sliding This Weekend
Park to extend hours every Saturday this summer and expand guest activities

LAKE GREGORY, CRESTLINE, Calif. – Beginning June 2, Lake Gregory Regional Park will extend its normal operating hours for its newest summer event – Night Water Sliding.

Open every Saturday night from June 2 through September 3, excluding July 7, guests will be able to take a thrilling ride down a 300-foot, double-flume waterslide into the park’s splash pool.

Sliders must be at least 4 feet tall and be wearing appropriate swimwear. There will be strobe lights, glow sticks, music, and a snack bar for sliders, as well as a parents’ hangout.

The Saturday night water sliding will be available from 7 to 11 p.m., and costs $15 to participate or $5 to enter the facility but not use the water slides.

During the day, visitors can beat the summer heat at Lake Gregory by visiting the 4-acre swimming lake, relaxing on white sandy beaches, getting a sand volleyball game started, or renting paddle boards, small boats, or aqua cycles. There is also a zero-depth water play park for the littlest visitors.
