CSUSB Business Center To Host “Make It Count: Your Professional Image In Business”

PALM DESERT, Calif. – “Make it Count: Your Professional Image in Business” is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, to help new entrepreneurs present a more professional image.

The workshop will take place at the center’s office, 77-806 Flora Road, Suite A, off Washington and the 10 freeway in Palm Desert. The cost for the workshop is $15 with online registration or $20 at the door.

The workshop will be an interactive discussion how to gain a competitive edge and attract potential customers by promoting inner self-confidence and presenting professionalism.

Participants will receive information about how to integrate wardrobe, business etiquette, and communication to project a professional image.

Facilitator Claudia Cooley is a recognized speaker, author, and editor who founded Claudia Cooley, Inc. as a means to reach and empower women.

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only.

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The CVWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.
