CVWBC Presents, “Writing a Winning Business Plan,” a Succinct Guide to Successful Business Plan Writing

PALM DESERT, CA. – The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center will present, “Writing a Winning Business Plan” on December 10, 2013.

The workshop will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the CVWBC office at 77-806 Flora Road, Suite A in Palm Desert, just off of Washington Street and the 10 Freeway. Cost for the workshop is $20.

Your participation in this introductory workshop will set you on the road to success. Whether you are just beginning the business plan writing process, or putting on the finishing touches, this workshop will simplify and organize the process. You will receive information about the business plan outline, the marketing plan, operations, organization, and financial plans.

Instructor for the series is Kim Scanlan, training coordinator for CVWBC. Mrs. Scanlan has been with the center almost since its inception seven years ago, and as training coordinator manages the curriculum, the facilitators, and assists with many programs.

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The CVWBC is a grant-funded program which provides free business counseling, free and low-cost workshops and events, and mentoring designed for women business owners, but available to all.

The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only.
