Developing strategies for motivating and fostering collaboration among multiple generations and capturing organizational practices and knowledge has become increasingly important.  An estimated 77 million baby boomers will retire fromU.S.companies over the next 20 years.  According to a recent poll by SHRM – AARP many employers feel that this will lead to a talent shortage within the workplace in the near future.  Are you prepared?
