Riverside, CA – California Public Information Officials (CAPIO), the American Advertising Federation Inland Empire (AAFIE), and the Public Relations Society of America Inland Empire (PRSAIE) will host a joint event that aims to provide greater understanding of the Inland Empire’s Latino community. The luncheon will be held at the historic Victoria Club in Riverside on July 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Now in its second year, the groups noted above created the event to better understand the needs and wants of the region’s growing Latino community, which makes up more than 50% of the local population. Last year’s event sold out.
The luncheon’s featured experts will include Univision’s Heidi Loera, OC Weekly Editor Gustavo Arellano, Latino media scholar Dr. Federico Subervi, and Ana Lydia Ochoa-Monaco, founder and president of Padma Media, Inc. and the Latina Lifestyle Bloggers Collective.
