Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Did you know domestic violence injures more women every year than cancer and car accidents combined?  That 1 in 3 high school girls experience teen dating violence?  October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we invite you to come to Murrieta Springs Church on October 15th from 6:00-8:00 for a community outreach event.  Melissa Donaldson, Executive Director of Safe Alternatives for Everyone, a non-profit agency in Temecula that provides programs and services to children, youth and families who have experienced or are at risk of abuse and family violence, will be speaking on the subject that many don’t want to face, Domestic Violence.  The Church will be serving dinner at 6:00 for a donation of $5 and babysitting will be available for a donation of $5.  Murrieta Springs 7th Day Adventist Church is located at 32477 Starbuck Circle, Murrieta 92562.  Please RSVP to lifemurrieta@gmail.com  by October 10th.  Learn how together we can end family violence.
