Our Speaker
Ascanio Pignatelli is the founder of E3 Solutions; a leadership development group that helps executives and HR more effectively empower, energize and engage their coworkers. He is an award winning motivational speaker, execu-tive coach, extreme adventurer, former shark wrangler and author of the forthcoming book: Lead from Need- Employee Engagement for the 21st Cen-tury. For over twenty years, Ascanio has been obsessed with personal growth, redefining his limits in the world’s most extreme environments. After receiving a BA in economics from Pepperdine University, Ascanio found himself on a promising career in wealth management. However the corporate world was void of the challenge he was searching for so Ascanio packed his life up and moved to the Sinai to teach SCUBA diving to novices and lead diving expeditions all over the Red Sea. Then in 2001, Ascanio created, hosted and produced a TV series for Travel Channel called Shark Chasers, and travelled to the world’s most shark-infested waters to hand feed, hypnotize and even ride some of the gentlest and most terrifying sharks on the planet. That year Ascanio discovered rock climbing, ice climbing and high altitude mountaineering and when he is not coaching or spending time with his daughter, Ascanio can be found upside down rock climbing in some of the world’s steepest caves.
