Kids, get your baskets ready! The annual Eastside Community Fair and Egg Hunt will be held this Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bobby Bonds Sports Complex/Cesar Chavez Community Center in Riverside. The event is free and open to the public. The egg hunt starts at 10 a.m.
The Fair is sponsored by Riverside Community Health Foundation, Borrego Community Health Foundation, The Junior League of Riverside, and the City of Riverside Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, and aims to promote health and health resources in the City of Riverside. The event will feature musical entertainment; Zumba® and other fitness demonstrations; a rock wall; free health screenings, including dental, glucose, blood pressure, body fat, and vision screenings; community information booths; and so much more. In addition, Borrego Health will be offering a limited number of free screenings, like dental screenings and mammograms, to attendees on a first come first served basis.
