Rubio’s Opens Brand New Restaurant in Eastvale, April 6
Eastvale, CA – Rubio’s® Restaurants, Inc. has announced the opening of a new Rubio’s Coastal Grill in Eastvale, California opening Thursday, April 6, 2017. Eastvale residents will be able to visit the new location at 12648 Limonite Avenue on the corner of Limonite and Hammer. The first fifty guests to visit on opening day will receive free Rubio’s merchandise and $50 in Rubio’s gift cards.

Rubio’s Eastvale restaurant will showcase décor that draws inspiration from the sea and features elements and aesthetics reminiscent of the brand’s beach heritage. Artwork that highlights the brand’s philosophy, quality ingredients and cooking techniques are spread throughout the dining room.
