Ray Benedicktus earned a Ph.D. in Marketing with a concentration in Consumer Psychology from Florida State University in 2008, prior to which he operated a business consultancy in North Carolina. He is the founding partner of Artemis Crane Research and Consulting, specializing in customer satisfaction and loyalty, custom research, and marketing planning.
Ray’s marketing and business strategy background gives unique perspective to research marketing partners and clients. His strategic and performance orientation focuses research studies on actionable information and profit improvement.
Dr. Benedicktus stays connected to the academic community by teaching courses in Marketing Research, Marketing Information Technology, Services Operations, and Business Management. His research has been reported in leading marketing journals including The Journal of Retailing, The Journal of Business Research, and The Journal of Interactive Advertising.
Ray has consulted with over 100 small businesses and enterprise organizations, and works closely with corporate clients of marketing firms such as BrandStrata and mUrgent. Dr. Benedicktus is the primary research resource for the Orange County American Marketing Association and has been invited as a speaker and trainer for organizations, including the Small Business Administration. He is an active member of the Irvine Rotary Club, where he currently serves as the club’s Rotary International Foundation Chairman.
