ARTCRIB 19: Measured Mischiefs
A Cracked Duke, a slip-and-slide, textile nature, slippery vision, watchful heads, lively paintings. These are some of the things the artists of Artcrib 19 are bringing together for you on June 23rd. Featuring works by eleven established and emerging contemporary artists based in LA, the Inland Empire, and San Bernardino County, this pop-up outdoor art show includes performance, installation, video, painting, and mixed media.
This year’s guest curator and performance artist, Young Tseng Wong, has invited 11 artists to transform this Claremont residential property into a fun experience for families to explore art outside a museum setting. This playful collection titled, “Measured Mischiefs” is free and all are welcome! The property is wheelchair accessible and the host, Alice Marie Perreault is a practicing conceptual-visual artist who’s work can be seen currently at Flux Art Space in Long Beach.
Gather at the Claremont Metrolink parking lot, south east corner of First and College from 2:00p on June 23rd and follow the pink and green directions to Artcrib 19!! See you soon!
