Oak Valley College: Second Annual Harvest Gathering

Get ready for a country good time! The second annual Oak Valley College Harvest Gathering is just around the corner. Have you RSVP’d yet?

This year’s event promises to be a great time to mingle with students, faculty, advisory board members, and everyone else who loves the opportunity that Oak Valley College provides young people.

Activities:

Students, parents, advisory board members, and anyone else who are part of the Oak Valley College community are welcome to come and be part of this casual, fun event. We will have games, campus tours, food, and silent and live auctions.

Our live and silent auctions will raise money for student scholarships! Be part of helping more students earn their bachelor’s degree without student loans!

We need volunteers to contribute and serve chili. Do you have a favorite chili recipe? When you RSVP, please let us know if you are willing to bring a pot of your award winning or just family loving chili.

Harvest Gathering Needs
Last year’s successful Harvest Gathering event relied on the generosity of the Oak Valley community. Here are some of the things the event team needs:

Chili – when you RSVP, check the box that indicates that you can bring a pot of chili.
Event Sponsors – contact Mark Leonard if you would like to help fund student scholarships through an event sponsorship.
Auction Gifts – Donate an item (vacation, sports tickets, theme park tickets, or something special) for the live or silent auction. Contact Mark Leonard if you have an item to donate.
