Each year, families line up to receive a free backpack. The Adrian Dell and Carmen Roberts Foundation will again be distributing backpacks at it’s 16th Annual Free Backpack Giveaway event on Saturday, Aug. 5th from 8 to 10 a.m. at Castle Park in Riverside.
