Clark, a resident of Glendora, is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona. As a staffing coordinator, Clark is responsible for finding and placing candidates for Finesse’s clients. Before joining Finesse, Clark worked as an independent Human Resources consultant.
Finesse Staffing President Sarah Cullins said Clark brings several years of HR experience and contacts to the company.
“Mike will help us deal with increased demand from clients as we go into the fall,” Cullins said. “We have also added new staff members in our Phoenix, Ariz. office.”
Clark said that he is excited about landing a full-time job at Finesse Staffing. “This is a great group of people to work with,” he said.
Clark said he also enjoys seeing how he is improving people’s lives by finding them work. “The best part of HR is getting to help people,” he said. “With recruiting, you are directly helping people gain employment.”
