Fontana, Calif. – Join in on the festivities as the City of Fontana celebrates the grand opening of Miller Park Amphitheater on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at 17004 Arrow Blvd. The amphitheater is located directly adjacent to Fontana Lewis Library and Technology Center.
The free, family-friendly event features a ribbon cutting ceremony, food vendors and giveaways. Enjoy live performances from the funk and Latin-inspired band, Soto, along with Center Stage’s Tibbies.
After a yearlong renovation, Miller Park is back with a 2,000 square-foot covered stage. In front of the stage is a large, paved dance floor and turf grass with berms for elevated viewing. There are also designated granite areas, and a decorative water feature.
Prior to beginning its construction in March 2017, Miller Park held summer concerts and events using a small, portable stage. The new amphitheater has a permanent stage and seating area for performances year around.
