The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center host a webinar on Customer Relationship Management on Tuesday, March 12.
“Small Business Success with the Tools of CRM” is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. as a webinar, and may be viewed from the comfort of your home or office. Registration is required at www.carattrainings.eventbrite.com, and a link for the webinar will be sent when registration is completed.
The workshop will explore various tools of CRM and how to implement the appropriate solution for a particular business.
Participants will learn how to attract and retain customers, how to increase revenue and lower operating costs, how to support marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction, and organize, automate, and synchronize processes.
The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The CVWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.
The program provides services in English and Spanish to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country.
The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only.
