Don’t let the smile fool you. Terrence Stone, CEO, Young Visionaries Youth Leadership Academy, is more in the know about gangs and intervention than many in the U.S. would ever have to deal with.
However, when he is not developing programs, managing outreach campaigns or helping youth transition from gang life or risk of dropping out of school, he is working to get others to help make a difference.
