Goettl Air Conditioning Acquires Corona’s Walton’s Heating and Air

Goettl Air Conditioning Enters Southern California Market with Plans to Grow and Hire Hundreds

Corona, Calif. – HVAC entrepreneur Ken Goodrich continues to grow as Goettl Air Conditioning has finalized its acquisition of Walton’s Heating and Air of Corona, Calif., marking Goettl’s first entry into California.

Goettl Air Conditioning established in 1939, adds more than 35 employees with the acquisition of  Walton’s Heating and Air, a family-owned and operated HVAC company in business for 32 years and serving more than 10,000 families in the Inland Empire, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley.

“This is a significant milestone for Goettl entering California,” said Ken Goodrich, owner of Goettl Air Conditioning “Walton’s is a similar highly respected, family-owned and operated HVAC company and with this acquisition we’re extremely excited to continue our mission to provide high quality service with integrity in the California market,” Goodrich said.

Goettl is looking to hire 200 additional HVAC technicians and employees to accommodate its expansion in California over the next two years. All new employees will be joining a top team of professionals that take pride in delivering personalized and quality service aligning with the Goettl brand, recognized for excellence in heating and air conditioning installation and service, according to Goodrich.

Goettl’s expansion into California is part of an overall growth strategy throughout the Southwest. Goettl currently operates throughout Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas.

Goodrich expects Goettl to double its business this year with plans to become the market leader in each market that it serves. The company offers a suite of HVAC services and equipment as well as indoor air quality services including duct cleaning.

Goodrich acquired Goettl Air Conditioning in 2013 and expanded to Las Vegas in April 2016. Since 2015, Goettl has experienced 500 percent year-over-year growth and continues to expand. “Our ultimate goal is to bring our brand, our unique customer-centric culture and processes across the nation and become the gold standard for home service in the United States,” said Goodrich.
