Grant Program Evaluation Workshop Offered

The “Program Evaluation” workshop offered by Cal State San Bernardino’s College of Extended Learning is a must for anyone working in the field of grant development and management. After public and private funding agencies have awarded grants, they want to know how efficiently your company or organization is spending their money. Implementing effective program evaluation techniques can lead to successful future funding. In the “Program Evaluation” workshop offered on Sat., Feb. 26, you’ll learn such essential practices as how to write clear program objectives; monitor, track and report progress and outcomes; and use effective evaluation tools to ensure that your grant-funded project is on track.

This workshop is one of eight in the college’s comprehensive Certificate in Grant Development and Management program. Workshops may be taken individually with no obligation to complete the certificate. “Program Evaluation” will be held on Sat., Feb. 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cal State San Bernardino’s Yasuda Center. The workshop fee is $140 per person and includes a materials fee. Enrollment is limited to ensure hands-on instruction time for every student.
