Fontana, California – The Mayor and City Council invite Fontana teens and their families to learn about the many ways to stay fit and healthy at Fontana’s Teen Health & Fitness Fair this Saturday, October 22nd from noon to 3 p.m. at the Jack Bulik Teen Center, 16581 Filbert Street.
Teens can participate in fun activities, view cooking and fitness demonstrations and receive free health screenings and vaccinations. Have fun while learning how to make smart decisions about living a happy healthy lifestyle.
The fair will feature live entertainment, demonstrations, free fitness activities, food, mental & physical health information, diet and nutrition information, cancer prevention information and information on eating disorders.
