How will Robots Change our World – The Future of Automation in Manufacturing and Logistics, and the Impact on Employment and Investments.

Johannes Moenius, Ph.D., Professor of Global Business at the University of Redlands and a rising national name in economic transition to automation will speak on Thursday, June 24th,  from 3:50-5:00 p.m. at the Manufacturers’ Council of the Inland Empire virtual “Happy Hour” event.

Manufacturers and their supporters will learn what to expect in the coming years as automation technologies arise across the world and how they can adapt to the changes.

Professor Moenius will discuss the changes in the workforce demands for the short, medium, and long term, training that will be needed to fill new occupations, the cost benefit from the strained effect of automation, the critical issue of retaining higher level and retirement age employees.
