The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association is the research, education and legal department of the Jarvis organization, providing legal representation in order to advance the interests of taxpayers in court. The Foundation also funds studies on tax and economic issues and works to provide alternatives to our state’s tax-and-spend proposals.
