IE SHRM Supervisory Harassment Compliance Training & Breakfast

2013 is a Harassment Compliance Training Year! Register your supervisors today to be in compliance by year end.

Join Inland Empire Society of Human Resources Management for coffee, breakfast and get in compliance. This program will meet the California requirement (AB1825) for harassment compliance training for long-term supervisors, or those supervisors that have been recently promoted or newly-hired within the last six months.

We all know that managers and supervisors are on the front lines when it comes to dealing with harassment. This interactive training is open to all supervisors, managers and HR professionals and will provide practical and essential management skills.  Participants will discuss the legally required harassment-related topics and learn what is required for all supervisors who hire, fire, and discipline, and/or direct the work of one or more employees.
