Inland Empire Boy, 5, to Join Spiderman in His Wish to Be a Superhero

WHAT:                       

Five year old Jacob has a dream to fight crime with his favorite Super Hero, “The Amazing Spiderman.”  Join us on Thursday, August 22, as Make-A-Wish makes Jacob’s crime stopping dream a reality.

The adventure begins at the Ontario Police Department where Jacob learns of a crime in progress at the Ontario Convention Center.  Jacob will be transported in a SWAT armored vehicle to the Ontario Convention Center where he meets up with Spiderman to save the City of Ontario.

Jacob and Spiderman are joined by the Ontario Hazmat team and Bomb Squad where Jacob captures the villain “Venom” and places him in custody, once and for all.

Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Orange County/Inland Empire chapter is celebrating 30 years of granting wishes.  Since 1983, the chapter has granted more than 4,750 wishes to local children.
