Jesse Turner Center Serving as Shelter for Blue Cut Fire Evacuees

Fontana, Calif.  – The American Red Cross with the support from the City of Fontana and the San Bernardino County Office of Emergency Services established the Jesse Turner Center located at 15556 Summit Avenue as a 24-hour evacuation site for those displaced by the Blue Cut Fire. The 43,000 square-foot center serves as a regional facility designed to meet the needs of the community with a variety of amenities including showers, technology rooms,a fitness room and a full catering kitchen. The American Red Cross is not accepting any on-site donations. Instead, the Red Cross encourages those who want to make a donation or contribution to download the Red Cross App or call 1-800-Red Cross and reference the Blue Cut Fire.
